ON-DEMAND WEBINAR

What’s Next for Value-Based Care: Reviewing Recent Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Reforms and Innovation Center Announcements

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) continues to focus on moving to value-based, accountable models and has set a goal of having every Medicare beneficiary in a care relationship accountable for quality and total cost of care by 2030. This goal will have a significant impact on how hospitals and health systems strategize and evolve over the next eight years. To meet its goal by 2030, CMS will need to ensure that accountable care programs, such as the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), are attractive to all stakeholders. To that end, CMS recently finalized several reforms to the MSSP as part of the calendar year (CY) 2023 Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) aimed at lowering barriers to participation and improving the program’s sustainability.

Watch this on-demand webinar for a deep dive on these policy changes and how they could impact your organization. We will also discuss how these reforms fit into CMS’ overall strategy for value-based care and recent announcements coming out of the CMS Innovation Center.
